Search for "AI scribe accuracy" and most results promise a percentage. For a doctor in India deciding whether to trust CuraVerto's AI Scribe, or any scribe, with the medical record, the more useful question is a different one: what actually happens between the moment the AI finishes transcribing and the moment that note becomes part of a patient's file.

What happens between "Start Scribe" and a note that is actually saved

Four things happen, and the last one belongs to the doctor, not the AI.

  1. STEP 1
    Dictation
Start the recording in the consultation screen and speak with the patient normally.
  2. STEP 2
    Transcription
A medical speech model tuned for Indian-accent English. The scribe is set to English today.
  3. STEP 3
    Structuring
A draft with chief complaint, findings, assessment and plan, billed at ₹1 per minute of audio.
  4. STEP 4
    Doctor review
Not saved until the doctor reads, corrects and approves it.

Why the review step is not optional

A clinical record needs a single accountable author, so the draft only becomes the record when the doctor approves it.

A deliberate product decision
CuraVerto does not auto-save the AI's output, because a note nobody checked is not a medical record, it is a transcript with a diagnosis-shaped label on it.

What a doctor is actually correcting in that review

The review is not a rubber stamp: a short, predictable list of things needs your eye.

  1. STEP 1
    Findings the AI never heard
Blood pressure, pulse, weight and examination findings must be typed in.
  2. STEP 2
    Drug names and dosages
The most common slip when spoken quickly or in a mixed accent.
  3. STEP 3
    Clinical terminology
The patient's own words restated in standard clinical language.
  4. STEP 4
    Anything off the record
Small talk or side comments picked up by the microphone are removed.

What the review step costs, and what it does not

AI Scribe is metered at ₹1 per minute of consultation audio, and reviewing the draft adds nothing to the bill.

StepWhat it costs
Dictation (audio recorded)₹1 per minute, from the prepaid wallet
Transcription and note structuringIncluded in the per-minute rate
Doctor review and editsNo additional charge, regardless of time spent
Saving the approved note to the recordNo additional charge

With CuraVerto: AI Scribe is available on every plan, starting with CMS at ₹25,000 a year. All prices are exclusive of GST.

What CuraVerto's AI Scribe will not do

It listens and drafts. It does not diagnose, and there is no path that skips the doctor.

CuraVerto's AI Scribe listens and drafts. It does not diagnose, does not recommend a treatment, and does not decide what belongs in the patient's record, the doctor does that in the review step.

CuraVerto does not offer an auto-save setting that writes the AI's draft straight to the patient record without a human confirming it, for any plan or any specialty.
